Overall the keyboard is exactly what my son wanted. He has been working on writing his own music for a while on it now. Only drawback is the headphones that come with the package do not have the same adapter as the headphone jack on the keyboard. Had to go buy an additional adapter to get the headphones to work.

It was perfect for what I needed. I use this casio at home to practice. It's similiar to one I use at my church and just the right size. The stand that comes with it was easy to medium to put together. Although it didn't look complicated, the instructions were not user friendly. Headphones and price were absolutely great!

I got this a few days ago, I used to play piano when I was in middle school and had been wanting to start back for a very long time, so after re-searching billions, among trillions of them I decided to go with this one it had just about everything I'd wanted and even a little extra for the price! I got this keyboard for my wife for Christmas 2009. She has played it almost every day for a year, and she keeps getting better and better! The self-teaching program works wonders for me when I use it, as I have two left-hands (so to speak). Also, it looks very sleek in our living room, and the accompanying accessories really complete it. The only other purchase you'd need is a musicians chair.

My husband makes beats for hip hop artist on a small scale. I had no clue what type of keyboard was appropriate. I wanted to avoid purchasing a kid's keyboard plus it needed to be a surprise. Needless to say, he loves it. After much internet research, I found it's better to buy a bundled package like this to ensure the accessories (headphones, power cord and stand) are compatible. The price is very very reasonable.

I love music, and play the keyboard with my kids.
I replaced an old $500 keyboard with this CTK 4000 keyboard, and this keyboard has many more features than the old one. I was pleasantly surprised to discover several ethnic drums like the Tabla, and instruments such as the Sitar, Sarod and Harmonium in the keyboard. It also allows you to sample your own instruments.
I also like the convenient folding stand that came with this set.

Bought this for my 15 year old. She has had some lessons and this keyboard works out nice for her especially with the headphones because we live in an apartment so she can play at any hour without disturbing anyone. Also works well with her ipod plugged in. more than enough options for an intermediate player.
