I was instructed by my opthamologist to take these for macular degeneration. Like all vitamins you don't know if it's benefiting or not. Walmart price is $8.00 cheaper than chain pharmacies.

I just started taking these pills so I really don't know whether they are good or not. That's why I only gave it 3 stars. I didn't want to knock it totally but I also can not recommed this product to anyone as I don't know if they work or not. Plus I'm not a doctor and can't tell anyone what to take.
If these purple pills does what is says it will then it's a great product. If not, then I just wasted some money.
