This is a great Roman chair bench for the price. Very sturdy and well built with heavy duty parts, but still light enough to move around easy. I weigh around 205 lbs. I feel it might not be stable for someone who weighs much more than that. It might want to tip over.

My husband has been wanting this piece of excercise equipment for a long time. This is the cheapest we have seen it. It was easy to put together and both of us can use it. I'm 5'2" and my husband is 5'11". Great Value!

being 200lb and 6'0 this product is good, takes some adaption to doing the exercises (because u feel like ur going to fall off) but u can feel it working all the muscle groups mentioned in the sites description. only bad thing in my opinion is the seat doesn't adjust. other than that, good if ur working towards those 6 pack abs.

This item is great for the price. The finish and appearance is better than in the pictures. Some people may say the foam is not padded too well but I think it is adequate for a 6'1" 210lb guy. The foam rollers are also very good and soft, easy on my legs. I wish I could adjust the leg rollers higher but it is fine at the top, if it went higher it might be difficult to get off. As it is, it seems easy to get on and off, but I am in good shape. This roman chair works my back out good, and it feels better after I have been using it. The price can't be beat.

This hyperextension bench was perfect for me at 5'3" but I could see how it might be difficult or uncomfortable for someone much taller or shorter because you can't adjust the length, only the height of the foot things (yup, that's the technical term). But is is very sturdy.

I bought this because I wanted to be able to do the back extension at home. This is the cheapest one I could find anywhere and it is a great overall value. The padding is a little lacking but really that is the only problem I have with this. I can do exactly what I want with this unit and really cant complain about anything. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do sit ups and back extensions for a great price! Do site to store and you don't even have to pay for shipping! Great overall value!

This product is very solid and and the best deal I've found for a hyperextension bench. I was a little concerned with the quality before purchasing since I weigh 235 lbs. but this bench has no problem supporting me. There were a few missing pieces but (washers and bolts) I contacted the distributor and they sent them out within a week.

My biggest gripe is the lack of an exersize guide, and the assembly manual may be confusing for some. I just don't understand why a piece of excersize equipment wouldn't come with instructions on how to use it. I understand that it is a pretty simple device, but instructions would be nice.

This bench does what it is supposed to do and does it without compromise. At 6' 2" and 255 lbs, I don't pretend to be gentle with fitness equipment. Cheap junk will become obvious to me quickly. This bench was easy to assemble and handles me well enough to allow me to feel safe when leaning back.

I am very happy with the Roman Extension Chair. From the first day I used it i felt it working correctly in the right areas. It is very difficult to do sit ups on the floor or on cushions for that matter. This product is the best thing for back and abdoman. It is incredible how you start to feel the strength in your back from the first day. I really love and recommend this product.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to pick up & the staff was very friendly at this location. I had no problems assembling the bench, & I love to use it.
