Great little machine, needs to be a little bit more stable, more weight would be great and an adjustable bench and back rest would make it an exceptional machine. I am 65 and have been weight lifting for over 45 years.

Very easy to asembly with the exception of the pulley assembly. That part needed some larger diagrams to be easy. All in all, its a great set up, much more compact than the Weider system it replaced. Assembled by myself, over a few nights after work. but it is great, and does do a great workout

We are very happy with our Marcy home gym. My husband is 72 and I am 58 and we like to keep in shape. Having in our home is so much easier that going to the gym and it really doesn't take up too much space. I put it together myself while my husband was at work. The instuctions were very easy to follow.
