Very sturdy gym bench. Starting my own home gym with a spare bedroom, looking for reasonable $$ products. Pretty easy to assemble. Even comes with a chart demonstrating exercises!

The bench is stable and has four positions: straight, 45 degrees, flat, decline. It was easy to put together and easy to operate. I recommend it for dumbbell workouts for the average person. It isn't made for people who are lifting serious amounts of weight, more for light to moderate workouts that include no barbell sets.

This is a very good product for those looking for a weight bench that is inexpensive, durable, compact and versatile. There are a large variety of exercises that can be performed on this bench that allow for almost a total work out. I am very satisfied with this weight bench.

For the price you cannot go wrong with this bench. It is sturdy enough for 400lbs max (user + dumbells), will fold up compact enough to fit in the corner of a room and adjusts for flat, incline, and decline lifts. I mainly workout at the gym so I did not see the need to spend $200-300 on a commercial quality unit. Taller users may run out of room on this but I am 6' 2" and it works for me (barely).

Very solid, and study. Looks great. Fit and finish is perfect. I would recommend using two people to put this bench together to reduce the frustration level. Folds away nicely. I use it primarily for dumb bell work.

This bench does exactly what I bought it for. It helps me with my abs exercises and my strength training. I have only just got started with my fitness training but I am not going for the body builder effect I am just toning during weight loss. I am sure that the more I work with the bench, the more exercises I will be able to do. This bench is also the perfect size for the space I have in my home.

For the money this bench is very capable. The only complaint I have is the decline... the seat bottom is fixed, so that when you use the bench in the decline position you have to bend backwards at the waist. Most higher quality benches allow the seat bottom to tilt back along with the back. I find this position useless due to the intense strain it puts on the lower back. Other than the above I don't think you could find a better bench for the money.

We have been very pleased with this bench. We only bought it because it was one of the cheapest benches we've seen out there, so we weren't expecting much. Wow, pleasantly suprised! Great and very sturdy and easily moves up and down. The foldling isn't that compact so don't expect it to be.

You can't get a much better price on a weight bench plus this one is very solid and looks to be very durable. Of course, time will tell. The product was easy to assemble with complete directions and a well labeled and well packaged set of bolts, washers, etc. needed in the assembly. One word of caution - follow the directions EXACTLY - and you should be very satisfied with the results.
