Product: The frame was as expected and the pictures looked great but the software seemed to have a glich that required the settings be reset every time the frame was turned on. I found this to be unsatisfactory because we were giving this frame as a gift to someone who would be intimidated by the demands of the controls and probably would just set the frame aside and not use it.
Delivery to store: Excellent and very timely
Return Process: Excellent, no difficulty.
Overall: I have no hesitation about using the on-line purchasing again.

This was a gift for my technologically impaired in-laws, so I liked that I could just load a memory card with the photos for them and include it with the frame. However, you get what you pay for. The image resolution is not that great compared to higher-priced frame, but it's by far one of the easier frames to use.

I got this for $35 the day after Thanksgiving. I returned it after trying it out. The resolution is not that great and there are little lines going through the pictures if you look close - I'm guessing this is due to poor resolution. The pictures look fine on my camera, computer and printed out on film paper, but on this digitial frame they look distorted, fuzzy and unclear. I'm going to go buy a good digital frame that looks the same as the pictures do on my camera, computer and film.

When I purchased this item on line, I was under the impression that it had both memory card and USB capabilities... when I received item it had only memory card capabilities. I had to return the item I bought on line and buy one in the store that had exactly what I was looking for.

This was a Christmas gift for our 10 year old son. He takes pictures of Everything--even the bathrooms of hotels we stay in--so there is no way I am printing out all of his pics. He likes to watch them as a slideshow on the computer--but then no one can use the computer for hours. I knew this would be the perfect solution. I finished all the rest of my Christmas shopping in October, but I saved back a Walmart gift card just for this item for Black Friday. I was hoping for a good Black Friday price....79? 59? WOW this was 39 and it came with a 2gb SD card! Wow. Wow. Wow. So I used the left over money on my gift card to buy the portable dvd player and case. This thing was just too easy to use! All I did was put the SD card it my little portable card reader, put in in the USB port on my computer and load pictures onto it. I did not have to edit them down for size or anything. I put lots of pics on here! Then just stuck it into the SD slot on the back of the frame--and our son can watch pics that he took over and over. He loves this thing. I think it is probably his favorite gift this year.

This item shipped to my store very quickly, however when I picked it up and opened it, I was disappointed in the size of the screen. It appeared bigger in all of the photos online, but it seemed more narrow in actualitly. The display was nice and it really is a neat frame, however I had to get a bigger one for my mother-in-law, rather than this one, simply because the screen was too small to be seen by her.

I bought this digital picture frame for my 85 year old grandmother. I wanted her to have some old pictures in digital format that she could look at all the time. I shipped it to her with pictures loaded on a SD 2GB card. I was easily able to talk her through how to turn it on and off. She loved it. I really liked it also, so I bought one for myself. It is easy to use. The pictures look great. I recommend it.

I bought this frame for my parents (great value, no bells and whistles) and overall, it was great, but for some reason, the aspect ratio is off. When I changed it to 4:3, the pictures look great, but once I turn the frame off, my settings are lost. Otherwise, you can't beat the value.

This product looked very flimsy and cheap. In addtion you could not use a jump drive to download pictures. I was not pleased--as soon as I picked it up from site to store--opened it and looked at it I went directly to the customer service desk and returned it.

Purchased this for my grandparents as a Christmas gift this year. Took all our Christmas pictures on the memory card and put it in the frame. The pictures all looked distorted and some even looked like they were smashed down to fit in. Every picture was distorted and the aspect ratio didnt help it at all when it was changed. This is an easy and simple product I will give it that but the quality for your money isnt that great!! Will be returning for a different brand

I DIDN'T ACTUALLY TRY THE FRAMES OUT UNTIL THE NIGHT OF CHRISTMAS EVE WHEN EVERYONE WAS FIXING TO EXCHANGE GIFTS. I WENT IN MY BEDROOM TO PLACE THE CARDS IN THE FRAMES. THE FIRST ONE KEPT GIVING ME A READ CARD ERROR. THE SECOND ONE STARTED WORKING, BUT FIVE MINUTES LATER IT TURNED DARK (AND I DIDN'T CHANGE A THING). YOU COULD BARELY SEE THE PICS ON IT. I HAD TO GO INTO THE LIVING ROOM AND TELL THEM THAT I HAD TO TAKE THEIR GIFT BACK. IF IT HAD BEEN ONE, I WOULD HAVE CHALKED IT UP AS I RECEIVED A BAD ONE; HOWEVER, WITH BOTH BEING BAD, THE PRODUCT IS JUNK. I WENT TO WALMART TODAY AND STOOD IN THE LONG LINE TO RETURN THE JUNK, AND PAID $30.00 MORE FOR A KODAK ONE. I TRADED BOTH FRAMES FOR KODAK. THEY WERE WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. PICTURE QUALITY WAS GREAT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY EASY TO USE, AND MY FATHER IN LAW LOVED IT. MY MOM HASN'T GOTTEN HERS YET. AGAIN...DON'T CHEAP OUT WHEN IT COMES TO FRAMES...SPEND THE EXTRA CAUSE YOU WILL IN THE END ANYWAY!
