I bought a sunbeam scale....it is not accurate. One minute I've gained 10-20lbs the next few minutes I've losted the same amount or more. I recommend perhaps a digital scale with great reviews. I will buy one next week. Please avoid wasting your money.

I wish I had read the reviews here before I purchased this scale. I was completely disappointed. The scale never truly worked properly and, as others noted, it will not stay calibrated. I did my best to set the needle to zero yet the scale would show that I had gained or lost as much as 4 lbs in the span of a minute or two. Granted, I did not pay much for it but the money I spent is a loss. Do not choose this scale!

This is total junk. Totally innacurate, and will not stay calibrated. I wanted a cheap scale but I fully expected it to at least work. This product should be discontinued.

I just purchased this product today and could not even use it once. It is completely incorrect. I even tried readjusting it to 0 and it still reads wrong. I am an understanding person usually, and in this case the fact that they can even sell this product make me angry. I wanted a non-digital scale due to better reliability & durability (or so I thought), but I will be returning this one immediately!

Just bought this scale yesterday and will be taking it to my local charity thrift shop on my next trip. I think it's accurate, but it's very difficult to read wieght in small increments. I have decent eyesight, but I couldn't tell if it read 147, 147.5, 148 or 148.5. So it won't be very helpful in determining whether I'm gaining weight and need to curb my enthusiasm for food for a while.

The scale worked efficiently for approximately two months, and then began to constantly need to be readjusted. When compared to other professional scales (at the gym, or Dr.'s offices), it appeared to be always 4-5 pounds off. After 3-4 months, it would not reset correctly and then the dial just fell off. Horrible quality, would not purchase it again or recommend it to anyone. Save your money or spend more to get a better quality product!!!

this is the best we've ever owned. the dial is easy to read, and it has a dial on the underside to zero in or modify weight readings for weight loss goals...it's as accurate as dr's or gym scales..

The Dial scale looks really pretty in my bathroom and I got it for a great price. However, I believe the dial is off. No matter how you adjust it, it just never stays correct. I would not recommend this product.
