Certain aspects are nice. It comes in a nice plastic box, and the pieces are metalic. The money, cards, and property cards are much smaller than the ORIGINAL monopoly game. Difficult for adult hands.

I especially loved that the houses and hotels are wooden. The size of the box is nice too. The lid just sits on top. It doesn't snap like a tim. LOVE the game and quality

I remember the wooden hotels and houses from when I was a kid and this being the "Retro Edition" is a fun idea, the smaller size of the box and being in tin makes it easier to store and it takes up less space. The Monopoly Retro Edition makes a great gift.

This is great because it is very compact and takes up very little space. And the price was outstanding! I saw the classic edition in the store for over $20 while this was a little over $11 with shipping!
