The product works about as well as I expected it to. It will not cool a room temperature drink very quickly, but it will keep a cold drink cold. When I first connected it, I stepped away for a few minutes, and when I returened, I heard a horrible rattling sound. After investigating, I determined that two pieces of plastic were not properly trimmed during the manufacturing process and were hitting the fan blade. After I took the unit apart and removed these pieces of plastic, it was signicantly more quiet. If nothing else, the unit has been a great conversation started around the office!

I thought this item was perfect... sitting at my desk then having to run out for a unexpected meeting normally i would be left with a warm pop.... not any more! I am very impressed with how quickly it got cold and didnt effect my computer at all!

Hold the one can just as it says and gets cool..not ice cold but good enough....also..has ABSOLUTLY NO EFFECT ON COMPUTER SPEED!!!! If you can read you know what you are getting....a bit high on price but good for what it does!

a) i don't like having it plugged into my computer.
b) it only holds one can of pop! what use is that?
c) it doesn't really get that cold.
d) it seemed to make my computer slower.
i wouldn't buy it. i returned it two days later and bought a real minifridge for my dorm.
