At first I was very pleased how quiet it was because i wanted to be able to vacuum during nap time. It also performed really well. Slowely it started to lose suction because the filters have to be washed out and set out to dry. More work then any vacuum should require. It must have needed done more often then I did it because now most of the time it won't even turn on. I have had this vacuum less than a year and it is ready for the garbage.

I read reviews for this vacuum and others before making my decision to purchase this product. I'm glad I did as this one had the best reviews and I'm completely delighted with the vacuum. It is very quiet and doesn't chase my dog away.

I purchased this vacuum in mid April and was happy enough with it for the first few weeks but today it just completely died in the middle of using it. I do not have the original packaging and have to now contact Walmart to see if they will accept it as a return. It is also very heavy and difficult to manuevor.

I ordered one of these in the past for work. Wanted something less expensive but good. Loved it so much I got one for myself! I have a 500 dollar dyson and this vacuum works just as well to me and makes much less noise! If you are looking for something efficient and economical this is your vacuum!

Absolutely LOVE this vacuum!!!!!!!!! I cant say enough about it. I have vacuumed daily for three weeks with it and it is still picking up dog hair and ground in dirt (we do not walk on the carpet with our shoes now) so this must be from the last two years. It is gross but im glad I can see what my old vacuum was missing!

Great on carpets, not so good on bare floors. Heavy and you have to use the handle if you want to use the attachments on the floor, which makes it harder to move around. Its great that you can turn off the brush if used for vacuuming the car. I did notice that after vacumming with my old vacuum cleaner and then then went the floor with the one it picked up almost as much dirt as the first vacuum cleaner. I didn't realize that my carpets held so much dirt.

I just got the vaccum delivered today. Assembling it was a breeze. I tested it by vaccuming my living area of my apartment. It did a fantastic job. Picked up all the hair, small debris and carpet dust. I was quite impressed with how much less noise it made compared to my previous one.
Emptying the dust pan is also simple. The release button to open up the bottom lid for emptying the contents was a little hard. But once you get it, its quite easy. Putting the dust container back into the vaccum needs a little attention to aligning the bottom hinge on the base of the vaccum. But its not a major minus at all.
I will post Part II of the review after ~3months and Part III after 1 year of use. Thus giving a full review to potential buyers.
So far this get a two thumbs up from me !!

This vacuum has a super sleek look. The blue and silver accents are very nice. It is super quiet! First day I used it after having vacuumed with another vacuum, it picked up tons of dirt. I like that you can switch the brush roller on and off and I love that the hose is so long. I read it prior reviews that it is quite heavy, but it's not as heavy as I thought it would be. The canister is easy to dump in the trash with a one click detachment. I have used both attachments and they work wonders. My neighbor is ready to purchase the same vacuum after trying it out. So I have already recommended it to a friend!

Needed a new vacuum cleaner because our old one bit the dust. Was actually looking at higher priced models when we came across this one while comparing reviews. Bare bones model without a lot of extras, but it does what we need it to. Light and easy to handle with good suction power. Attachments provided allow us to get into corners and around the edges. The capability to turn off the roller makes it great for bare floors. If you're looking for a bare bones, but good vacuum that does the job and is reasonably priced, this may just be the one you need.

OMG this machine is so much quieter than my Hover Savvy. My Savvy is almost 10 yrs old works well but when I used my new Hoover it was not as loud. I mean I could still have a conversation with my kids without having to turn off the vacuum. The suction was great. I mean I made at least 3 passes with my old machine then went over it with the new one and there was still so much dirt and dust that my old one left behind. Putting it together was fast, no tools needed. I gave 4 stars because the vac was easy to put together, it's quiet and not as heavy as my old vac. The only issue I have is that it's a little messy to clean out the dirt container. It could be that its my first day with this model but I thought it let out too much dust when you empty it out. So I put a plastic bag over it then opened the canister to let the dirt out. Overall I thought it worked great.

Ours worked pretty good for about a year and the then the brush stopped working. It smells like the motor might have burnt out. I'm pretty disappointed in this vacuum and would not recommend buying it.
