This is a wonderful set of DVDs, and is well worth the price. If you enjoy historical and classical literature, this is definitely worth the purchase price. They are very well casted and constructed in relation to the novel, and all are very accurate historically, and are also very true to the novels' plot lines. It is also a huge savings to buy the set through Wal-mart. The Scarlet Pimpernel alone costs $40, so it's like buying one set and getting the other 7 for free almost. I highly recommend it. These DVDs will provide hours of enjoyment and are excellent renditions of the novels they represent. Well done A&E!!

This movie collection was an astounding disappointment!! Had I come across these movies on A&E, I'm sure I wouldn't have watched any of them past 30 minutes (on a good day).
