I bought this razor as a means of speeding up my shave...I work in a professional office and want to look smooth and well-groomed every day. So I was disappointed when I tried it for a couple weeks, and it would miss *so much* hair. I'd spend twice as long as when I use a regular razor and shaving gel setup...I'd have to go over the same spots again and again, tugging my skin in different directions, trying to get this thing to pick up the dozens of stray hairs and stubble spots it would miss. It definitely doesn't give a smooth, close shave. I returned it to the store without a hassle, at least.

I bought this for my grandson who is very picky about shavers - he was buying the expensive disposable ones and spending alot of money. I ordered this and gave it to him to use. He could not get over how close it shaves and how easy it is to keep cleanand how now he can spend his money elsewhere. Although he is only 14, he does need to shave. I would definately recommend it to any man.

This razor wil made my neck and face hurt for 2 days. I have never had a razor hat irradiated my neck like this one. They tried to get fancy with the head design and the result was a razor that did not get the face hairs but did get the skin. Poor razor for such a large company.

Despite the few negative reviews, I like this razor. I've used it for the 21 days as suggested. It works just as well as my old Norelco (the battery finally wouldn't hold a charge, after 12 years). I like the fact that you can clean it with water, and it's a very quiet razor. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The ONLY thing I would change is the option of having color choice.

This was my first electric razor so I cannot compare it to anything else. I was looking for an alternative to costly disposable razor blades, 4-6 blades for $20-$30, depending on which brand and type of blades. I found that as your skin gets used to the electric razor, you learn to get a closer shave. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I remember picking this up for 34 bucks including taxes..and I thought it was a good deal. It's been over 2 months and it works amazing. The shave is close and doesn't leave rash on your skin. The battery has been lasting long, around 12-14 days of regular use every alternate day. I wish there was a battery indicator showing how much juice is left. Other than that, I have no qualms in recommending it to someone.

Let me start off by saying that this is my 5th try of using an electric razor. In all of my previous attempts I went back to my regular razor. Not this time. This is my second month of shaving myself with this wonderful machine and all I have to say is that I am very happy with it. I traded my daily torture machine for this helping tool, and this time I am not going back. As a matter of fact I already threw all of my previous shaving tools away. All said I would like to point out that not having a battery life light is a great issue for me. I am a nervous person and for some reason it makes me nervous not knowing whether the razor battery is going to die in my hands in the very next shave. But that is just me. Other than that I really love it. Ah, almost forgot, the thing with cleaning it up with running water (which is indeed a very good thing) has (to me) the downside that it remains wet at all times, and even though I presume it was designed with that on mind, it still makes me a little uncomfortable thinking it is going to rust. I guess a better user manual, with better explanations would have covered that.
