This dvd player gets an average score because of 2 not so great and 2 really great things about it. First, if you accidently bump the side while a disc is playing it stops and says the disc tray is open and starts your movie over (happens sometimes). Second, half of the buttons are seperated from one central location (half on the remote, half on the player itself). First great thing is it has a 10.2 inch screen which is nice. Second great thing is that it has a toggle button for watching in widescreen or standard viewing. Comes with a set of 1 av cable, 1 s-video cable, 1 wall adapter, and 1 car adapter.

I bought a portable DVD player so I could watch movies where I wanted too, carry it along when I went to Florida for the winter, and not interfere with the tv and DVR. This DVD player meets all of those expectations, and is user friendly.

I'm in the market again for a portable DVD player because this one just stopped working. It wasn't dropped or damaged..it just stopped working. I bought this one Septermber 2007 for roughly the same price, it almost lasted 2 years. This is getting expensive, I won't spend so much money on my next one. They don't seem to last any good amount of time. Other than that I did enjoy it while it worked.

I got this for my grandchild on her birthday. She just turned 6 and loves her new DVD player. Her older brother also enjoys it. The picture is bright and clear and large enough, and the sound is perfect. The portability really adds to the appeal - they can pop in a movie and watch it anywhere, even in the car.

I bought this for a trip we were taking down south. This is an awesome product. My two year old was able to watch his favorite DVD's. I searched alot of DVD players and I believe that this was an awesome product as well as a great deal. I highly recommend this!!!
