easy to use, big buttons that light up. operates much like a cell phone. Had another bluetooth land line that I hated so I gave it away and bought this one due to its user-friendly features. highly recommend. I get a cell signal at my house but lose the call when I answer. this system allows me to take and make calls on my cell from home with no problems. The bluetooth feature does not work where there is NO cell signal however.
