This plan is awesome! I have it on Rockband and when the drum pad on the side sort of fell apart on me they reimbursed me for the cost of the product plus taxes on my gift card. I had a whole new set within about a week. I made sure to buy the plan again for my replacement product! Definitely worth the money.
