Treadmill has worked excellent during the year that we have owned it so far. No problems whatsoever. It does not get heavy use, but is used quite a bit. Everything is working fine on the unit. We have not needed to use the service plan yet, but it is worth having as any service call on the unit is $150 just to show up.
