I have not dealing with 2 Year Service Equipment because I just bought the equipment. But I do have good experience dealing with Weslo when one of initial part was broken while shipping to the store. Per Weslo's instructions I called their Customer Service and they promptly shipped the replaced part within one week without asking for return of the damaged part. I am very happy with their excellent service to support customer as their best.

I have currently had this treadmill for a few weeks now and i use it 5-6 days a week about an hour at a time. I have had no issues. A little loud, but same as if you were at a gym using their treadmill. The only issue i had was putting it together, the frame was hard to put together because we could not get both the spacers on there. I had to pull the handles out while my husband squeezed the spacers in. Also, it will take one really strong person or two to put it together. It took us about 2 1/2 hours. Overall, great treadmill for the price, i recommend getting it in-store and asking associates to put it together before pick up.

Nice bike for the price. Only had one problem-the seat pole did not have a stabilizer nut which allows you to change height of the seat. I had to go thru Nautilus to get the part after I faxed the order and then had to wait a week for the part to be delivered.

I was pleased to be able to purchase a 2 year service plan for my exercise bike at WalMart because I had another bike that I had purchased at a garage sale that I had to dispose of the replacements were no longer available.Ireally liked that bike.Although my new bike is sturdily made and I don't anticipate any problems with it I want the computer console on it to be fully protected.This gives me peace of mind.

I like the security of the additional warranty, mainly because soon after or near the end of the first year a product inevitably breaks or needs services. It will always happen and the only sure way to make certain is to have a warranty. I would suggest to anyone to get one, care for your products very well, not be irresponsible and make sure you examine any product closely after each use and do whatever maintenance is needed.
As for bikes, and I speak from experience, take it to your store every 30 days I am an assembler and we do free checkups.
I bought a Total Gym Home Gym, thats what this warranty is for, and the extra protection is going to come in handy in the future.
