This really is the best XM radio choice. The price of Wal-Mart is by far the best. This is actually the 3rd Inno I purchased. My only gripe on this radio is the antennas keep failing. On the first Inno the internal antenna stopped working, preventing me from using it while mobile. On the second Inno, the external antenna connection stopped working, preventing me from using it while docked at home or in the car. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm!

my partner have discouraged me at first about buying this product telling me that it will just be a waste of money because there will be no good reception and needs car kit etc to make it work in the car... but still i bought it and i could say i am not sorry for the purchase bec i enjoy listening to it and have a very good reception at home, though at times when driving in certain parts where there are lots of trees i lose the signal but then i have recorded hours and hours of songs so no problem at all. i can still listen to my radio anytime, anywhere.i love the sound quality it gives too

The price at Walmart was exceptional, compared with other sources. I use the receiver when I'm walking and the reception is sketchy using the built-in antenna. I highly recommend the optional antenna headphones; well worth the extra $40.

A very good xm radio does great in the home dock and car dock. being able to record 50 hours of xm radio is also a great feature.unfortunately the xm signal is very erratic when mobile the optional belkin headphones with built in xm antenna corrects this problem.

I purchased the INNO primarily for stationary use at the beach with mini amplified speakers. And for that, it is satisfactory. But this is unit is NOT what I call portable. Carrying it in my shirt pocket or with the belt pouch, while walking or biking, it will frequently lose the signal. Even when the unit is stationary, touching it to adjust the volume can cause it to lose the signal. The recording feature is great, as long the unit is stationary. Battery life could be improved, and a built in speaker would be outstanding. I wish Walmart carried the car kit for this unit because satellite radio outrageously overprices their accessories.

Dealing with Walmart was easy. That was the good news. I thought some of the other reviews were harsh. Stubborn me tried it anyway. The radio works fine when attached to an antenna for home reception. However, the portable part of the radio did not receive a signal standing outside on a clear day. Since that is what it was designed to do and failed, I returned the unit. I would not recommend this radio.

I purchased this for my husband and he loved it. I do recommend purchasing the car kit as well because the reception in the vehicle without the car kit is not too clear. Great product and he loves that he can take it anywhere.

I could not get this product to work. It continously said no signal. I tried everything - I put the home antenna everywhere in my house and nothing. The only time it would work was outside. I spoke with XM about this for probably 2 weeks and finally thought this is crazy and I returned the product to the store. Maybe mine was just a bad apple but I would not recommend it to anyone.

The XM radio is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I love it. I use it mostly at work and the variety of channels I subscribed to are wonderful. There are enough channels to choose from that I can listen based on my current mood. The radio is very user friendly and easy to operate. I wouldn't trade my new radio for anything.

I've had this inno for a year now... I travel alot and this way no matter, there's always good music. In my car and home I need the antenna (probably why they supply it) but I get home... plug in to stereo, car or out hiking. remember the antenna like the south direction and the merger with sirus went vertiously seamless. Great support at the company level. Everyone that sees it wants one except TSA that doesn't recognize all the electronics, oh well.

The XM Inno is much better than the older XM Roadie. It's super easy to set up, much more compact and has a stronger antenna. It's perfect for traveling or the gym. The carrying case is nice, too.

The receiver has good sound quality. I use it around loud machines at my place of employment with a headset. The reception is good as well without docking the unit. I can move around freely without distortion or lack of a signal. The 2 drawbacks I have seen thus far would be the volume itself. It could have a few higher settings. The other drawback is the metal tabs on the back cover plate over the battery. It has 2 very thin, flimsy tabs that will certainly break off if you are not careful with them. The cover must be slid in place so the tabs catch on the 2 slots on the inside cover. The back should be designed better. Once the tabs bend or break off, the back will not stay on the player.

This radio was supossed to be portable. The signal is not good. If you stood still where there is a good signal then it would be great. For a portable radio it's not so portable. Otherwise it is perfect size and sound is great when you get it.

Sound is OK but not as loud as an Ipod or some other MP3 players I have used. You need a car kit to listen over your car radio but it is worth the extra $$ if you want to use it while traveling. Sitting inside it works great. Moving around inside and the reception goes out quite often.
