My husband and I bought this dvd player for our nine year old daughter and she absolutely loves it.The picture and sound from the dvd are well worth the small hassle to turn it off and on with the remote control. Well worth the money.

I bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it! The screen is sharp and clear. The sound is a little tinny and no way to adjust it but it's ok and if you want better sound, you can use a good set of earphones where you could add some bass. Battery has good life, about 6 hours. This product would be great on a trip or just laying in bed and you don't want to put your glasses on to watch the TV. I'm going to order one myself. It comes with a car charger besides the ac charger. I think it's a great value for the money.

The image is very clear (I tried two others and neither had such strong graphics). The battery life was also better then the others I tried. It is more expensive though (twice the price of the cheapest). I like the swivel of the screen idea, but be careful when children use it because it only swivels in one direction, so if they try to force it the other way or are too ruff in other ways it seems like it could break rather easily. The sound is also better/louder then others.

I purchased this for my 3 year old. The intention was to entertain her on a very long plane trip. It did just that and more. The long battery life was great. It charges quickly and easily. Simple to use she can pick and play her DVD's all by herself. I have also found it great for personal use. I wish though it would have come with earbuds.. or a head set. A must extra purchase....

It has even been a great source of entertainment for her while we are watching our t.v. shows, she can put the headphones in and watch her movies. This is a great product.
