Danby 5.5 cu. ft. Chest Style Deep Freezer

I just got this freezer on the 18th and I love, love, love, it! I have to admit this freezer is not the one I picked out at first. I wanted the Danby 3.5 cu. ft but I am glad I ordered this one. Not only does it hold a lot of food but it keeps it frozen without having to turn up the thermostat all the way. Although I haven't had a need to use the defrost drain yet it helps when you're ready to clear out the water. And the added benefit I found out after ordering this freezer is if you register your product online you receive 2 extra months free warranty. So go out and get this for your mother, wife, friend, or yourself, you won't regret it!

This freezer was purchased as a Mother's Day gift for my Mom. She loves it--the size is just right for her needs. Seeing hers, now makes me think I should purchase one for myself! We would recommend this product for anyone who needs a freezer bigger than the one on a refrigerator, but doesn't need one large enough to hold a side of beef. Just the right size for taking advantage of meat sales and frozen food sales for one or two people households. BTW, Mom is 69 years young.

Danby provides good products, and this 5.4 cubic foot freezer is a perfet size for a couple.

I am excited about my new freezer. It was bigger than expected and works well. It even looks great.I was happy to not have to pay shipping. I had it sent site to store and got it in a week with no damage as reported by others..
