After trying a turkey breast in my daughter in laws same rotisserie, I was astounded how juicy and tender it was, I had to go out the next day and hunt one down, which I found here on the Walmart site and had it delivered to a nearby FedEx office. Very happy with the purchase!!

It works okay, however, it cooks the food unevenly, I had to take the chickens off the spit several times and reposition them to stop them from burning in certain places. Not what I expected, I will continue to use for now. Overall, not completly thrilled with it.

But I have been using it since she opened it. I just keep coming up with new Ideas for tasty dinners and this rotisserie fits the bill. I have numerous health issues and have to cut back fats and salts and to tell the truth I was getting tired of boiled. baked and microwaved dinners. I've had chicken mmm good and a nice rump roast mmm pork chops in the included basket all taste moist and juicy even fish...She says it's the best gift she got this year I cook and she cleans up which by the way she says is really quite easy. Burgers and a pork roast are on the menu this week so. I only wish I had given this to her years ago. I only gave it 3 stars for durability because of the short length of time we have used this rotisserie and it is just a bit noisy with the motor running but it is worth it when it starts to smell good and then when it's time to eat.

Received my Ronco Compact+Model 3000 as a wedding gift 11 years ago and it still works great! It can get squeaky while rotating but simply add a tiny bit of cooking oil to end the noise! I've only made a 4 lb. chicken in it while steaming vegetables on top using the tray. Chicken result is very moist and tender; chicken's so tender you can cut it with a fork. Chicken skin is very crispy. My husband loves it when I use the Ronco oven. I'm going to try it with two 3 lb. chickens together next time. Great product that lasted 11 years and still going!

This is the third one I have owned. First one was a gift and used it so much that 7 years later I burnt up the heating element. I purchased a second one at a estate sale, used it til I burnt out the heating element. Am looking forward to many years of use with this one. I use it several times a week, and our favorite thing to cook in it is roasted chicken. I also love to make turkey breast and have used it to grill salmon as well. Always produces wonderfully cooked, tender, juicy food. Was skeptical on the first one, but am a true believer now.

I purchased this because the pre cooked rotisserie chickens kept going up and you never knew for sure how long they had been under the heat lamp. All I've cooked on it is chicken, and it has done an excellent job. Plus it's amazingly simple! The only reason I knocked the durability bracket a notch was because a screw came loose on one of the pre assembled parts, after the first use but it wasn't any big deal. I love this gadget!

This is my second Ronco Compact Rotisserie. I wore my first one out and had to replace it. I love that it comes in black too. I use this rotisserie mainly to roast chicken but I've also used it for shrimp, hamburgers and fish. It's perfect to use in the summer when you don't want to heat up your house using your oven. I can't say enough good things about this rotisserie. It's the only one I will ever use.
