The item arrived a day earlier than expected. It is just the right height and style for my 9 year old daughter who has been wanting a doll house since the age of 5. This doll house is just right for her age.

My 4-yr-old loves it. It was easy to assemble. You just have to make it clear that the kids can't climb on it. But it does come with a kit to secure the house to the wall so it doesn't fall over or onto any kids.

I bought this for my 5 yr old daughter. It took about 2 hrs for her father to assemble but it looks great. He had to 'tweak' some of the pieces but in the end it was all manageable. The dollhouse is taller than she is! Her Barbies and some smaller stuffed animals fit in it for playing.
I gave this gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the parts needed to be 'tweaked' for it to be assembled.

The directions to me were confusing but my boyfriend said it was easy:) it took him about two hours to put it together on Christmas morning. I think it looks very nice, it's sturdy and overall a Great value! My 5 year old loves it!

After looking at almost every wooden dollhouse available and as many parents are, on a budget, "Santa" brought this dollhouse to our 3 year old on Christmas morning. Having had two smaller "plastic" type dollhouses previously that she had to sit on the floor to play with, imagine her face when she looked up at this huge dollhouse. Her words were, "OH MY GOSH,OH MY GOSH"! We had to pull her away an hour later to dress for church. Very sturdy inside and out ( took my handy husband a little over an hour to put together)and what a relief to know that the wallpaper will not be curling and coming loose because it is painted on and washable. The furniture is surprisingly sturdy and well put together. The extra balcony off the bedroom is even large enough to add an additional small table and 2 chairs (from her previous collection of furniture) for Barbie's outdoor morning coffee! This is a dollhouse I do not expect her to outgrow. I find I don't even mind playing in it with her. The only downside is the adorable swing on one of the balconies tilts forward when seating a doll in it. My husband will be correcting that by drilling a couple more holes through the arm fronts and adding another ribbon to the ceiling to counter balance it. It has taken it's special place in her room and is securely fastened to the wall at a stud. Considering the reasonable price for the amazing quality, we are very pleased!

Was better than I expected, ordered the dollhouse online. Thought the pictures looked 'ok'. Expected that once I received it it would be just 'ok'. It's great! Sturdy material, the furniture is nice and 'fancy' and all assembles in a jiffy. Santa brought it for my 3 year old daughter. She plays all the time with both Barbies and 'regular' doll babies. She loves it and I know it will be a great gift for her to enjoy for several years.

I've wanted to buy my girls a dollhouse for years but always talk myself out of it. I broke down and did it this year. It is very big. Big enough for both my 7 yr old and 3 yr old to play together. It is a good size for Barbies and my 3 yr old has a medium sized LaLa Loopsie that she plays with in it. The furniture is good size for Barbies as well. The house Looks sturdier than the plastic ones, which is a good thing with my kids. I expect it to last many years.
My husband was worried that my 7 yr old was too old but she plays with Monster High dolls and loves it.
I'd advise two people put it together. It wasn't too bad.
I'd have given it 5 stars but the 3rd floor won't stay in. I will buy some finishing strips or brackets to reinforce it and it will be fine.
Well worth the money. I'd advise it for anyone.

The instructions were very well marked and organized and liked that the bolts were all marked very well. The fit could have been a little better but overall I was very satisfied with it. My 4 year old granddaughter was so thrilled which makes it all worth while. I feel like it was a good investment. The furniture that comes with it was very good quaility and very stylish. My only suggestion would have been that the canopy bed was a little smaller or the bedroom be a little bit bigger, and that it maybe come with a couple pieces of lawn furniture. I would highly recommend this for any little girl. She has loved it and spent many hours playing with it.

Count on spending two hours on assembly. It is a two person assembly. There are pieces that will notfit together until you are completely done with assembly. So don't panic.I panicked and ordered extra parts that I didn't need , because there seemed to be gaps which fixed upon complete assembly. I was missing one screw. Manufacter gives 90 day warranty and I recieved extra screws in 2 days It is really nice when you finally assemble it.My children love. Decent quality and pretty durable dollhouse and furniture. I would reccomend this.

This dollhouse is beautiful! My daughter is 3 and got it for Christmas this year. She loves it! The only problem we had was that the backer on the bottom floor did not fit correctly. It wasn't big enough for the slot so we had to tape it. Other than that, it is very sturdy and well made. It took us a little over an hour to put together. Overall happy with the purchase.

We bought this dollhouse for Christmas for my 2 year old and she adores it! It's four feet tall, so she can use it for many years without outgrowing it. It's not real wood, but for the price, it is completely worth it! My husband said it was a pain to put together, but he didn't complain anymore than that, so I don't think it was too terrible to assemble. We were looking for something she wouldn't outgrow by next year and something beautiful, yet inexpensive. It was just what we were looking for. The only thing that concerned me was the sturdiness. Since its not real wood, it's not very heavy and sturdy, but it comes with wall mounts to make sure it doesn't fall over. As long as I can keep my kids from climbing on it, it will be fine. Everyone that has seen the dollhouse is amazed by the size and beauty of it. We love it!
