For the price paid, we are satisfied with this swingset. Yes, it was missing two bolts that we needed to attach the rings to the frame, and it is a bit wobbly...but we paid less than $200 for it. With swing set anchors and a couple bolts from the hardware store I think this swing set will do for a few years. We have a 4 year-old who has fun with it although she will outgrow it in a year or two. Our infant daughter will probably get more use out of it.
My husband put it together by himself in a couple hours time. Except for the missing bolts it went smoothly.
I would recommend this to someone who either can't afford to spend more, or doesn't have room for a larger set. It really is just fine.

once you get through all the hoopla of putting it together, it is a great swingset. The instructions are almost worthless, and the bolts are so close to the same size, and not marked so we used wrong bolts in wrong places, had to tear down to get the right bolts for the right places. We finally went to the hardware store and got our own bolts. It took 4 adult men that work in the construction business over 6 hours to put this together. It was a nightmare. After it was together, my 3 year old granddaughter just loves it. She is on it every chance she gets. I will say that I was impressed with all the hook covers, etc. that was included for safety. There are no sharp corners, bolts sticking out, open chains, etc. for a child to get hurt from.

This product was a great financial find. The only problem we had were that about 10 of the nuts and bolts were the wrong size and we had to stop assembling the product to go purchase the correct ones. All other pieces beside that were in the box. The instructions were just about as useless. However after all was said and done, the swingset is being used and seems safe and fun.

First of all they sent the wrong size bolts that go with the set. Secondly.... it is extremely hard to put together. And thirdly we were given alternate equipment, it was supposed to come w/ a trapeze bar yet it came with two loops. I don't know it just seemed really hard to get together and I have put many of these things together. All in all if you find something for a cheap price chances are the equipment will be cheap as well. Good for the price but you get what you pay for :-)

We just finished assembling the set and our 4 year old is having a ball with it. For the price it was well worth it compared to what swing sets cost today. The bolts provided however use a regular screw driver head on one end and a lock nut on the other. We had an extremely hard time tightening them without stripping the screw driver end (two person job). We suggest you try tightening one before starting assembly. After we assembled probably 80% of the set, to feel secure decided to buy and replace all of the bolts with hexagonal heads ($15.00) so we could tighten them with a socket and open end wrench. End result is a solid swing set with no worries of anything getting loose. One negative is we are missing the hardware to hang one of the swings and we had to drill in two instances as the holes did not align.

the bolt and nuts were to small we had to buy longer ones but we finally got swing together there were no plastic caps to cover the bolts but there were plastic covers for the corner pieces took us 6 hours to put it together

Overall the directions were horrible, no help at all. We did have one piece that we have no idea where it went, over all, it was fairly easy to put together and is very sturdy. My 3 year old grandson loves it. I would recommend this product.

The overall look of the swing set looks normal. It was easy enough to put together with 2 people doing the job. I felt that the screws and nuts were inferior and we had to fight getting to work them installed in a couple of places. The instructions were generic and you had to use your imigination to put it together. We have had it up for 2 weeks now and our 2 year old is enjoying the slide portion the most.

Rusted screws and broken plastic

Swing seat fell apart and everything rusted. Only good for collecting bird droppings now!
I bought this set a few years ago and it sits useless and unused now. My husband hit the bottom of the slide while mowing and the screws broke though the plastic, so the slide can't be used anymore. (See picture.)
The swings fell apart too. I took a picture of the one that is still left hanging. (Picture is attached.)
The set is covered in rust (which happened less than one year of use.)
If using this set, please make sure you anchor it to the ground. My girls are very petite, and they still had the legs rocking off the ground while they were swinging on it
I would recommend spending the extra money and getting one of the wooden sets that last longer. (I bought a wooden set and it is still going strong!)
This metal swing set will last approximately 2 years. After that, it will only be an eyesore.

I purchased this swing set for my 3 grandchildren. It's ok for the 2 & 4 year old. But the slide is small for the 5 year old. Not real sturdy, but for the price it's ok for the little one's. The kit was missing parts to put hang rings.

when putting together the swing set it took forever and some of the screws broke. On top of that We did not get all the pieces it took to assemble the swing set. So now we have one less swing. I was rather disappointed when we went to put on the slide and it just wants to tilt sideways. I guess the kids were happy with it so I kept it for them so that my family did not have to face further disappointment.
