This 12-volt Power Wheels Girls' Barbie KFX ATV ride-on can be driven at two different forward speeds (2.5 and 5 mph) and backwards. The Barbie ATV ride-on also features Power Lock brakes and a high-speed lock-out to safeguard beginners from going too fast. It also includes a 12-volt battery and a charger. We have sand, grass, gravel and coastal hay, which this ATV cruises through easily. My husband and I think it is a great learning tool for our daughter, who we swear will be a stunt driver in the future.

Eighteen years ago I bought one of these for my son (boy color). He rode his so much the tires were smooth. Now, I have bought one for my grandauther for her 4th birthday. She was a little timid about riding at first, but that didn't last long!! The assembly is not difficult. Just be sure to get

I brought this product as a present for my 6 yrs old, there is no a lot of room for her to grow but she is taller than average, the tread on the tires makes too much noise on cement but on grass and dirt is quiet and rides the best. I like the speed feature for faster speeds once kid is use to the scooter, but might be dangerous right out at the beginning, but if kids has previous experiences then might be ok, The speed feature can be unplugged.

The box was in rough shape when I picked it up from Walmart, but everything inside it was fine. Being it's winter I really can't say much about it at this time because we haven't had it outside. Putting it together was wasn't hard and also applying the stickers. Just wish the instructions were in color when it came time to apply the stickers lol. We did try it in the house and just hooked up the battery. Of course trying it on a bare floor and the wheeles being plastic didn't really do much but spin. Once we placed the 4x4 on the carpet it took off with speed. Can't wait for spring to see how it does outside, but seeing what we did, we will be very satisfied!

My daughter is 6 years old and she desperately wanted a power wheel for Christmas. Unfortunately, all of the vehicle power wheels were to small for her as her legs were too long.
The Barbie 4 wheeler was a perfect fit. She can even still ride for a couple more years.

Pretty easy to put together the parts didnt feel cheap, all parts were in the box, and it even provided its own tool to screw / unscrew the lugs bolts Only tool you would need of your own is a phillips head screw driver. Charged the battery the night before it takes about 18 hours for the first use soon after my daughter was off riding around in no time. Its definatly worth the money.

Santa brought this for my daughter this year. She turned 3 Dec 29th. She loves it. She is very tiny (only 27lbs) and can handle this like a pro. She has been on it everyday since Christmas playing in the mud, the rocks, and hilly areas. It goes on anything. Only problem is that it must be in high gear to climb any sloped area. I originally assembled it without connecting the high gear since it's so big and she is so tiny. Figured she needed time to get the steering down. Within 20 minutes I hooked up the high gear for her. She has no problems controling it at all.

We opted to have the product shipped to our house via FedEx in lue of getting it before Christmas in time to inspect it for any damages. I arrived in perfect condition and on Christmas morning it was a big hit for our three year old. I hope it is around for many years of enjoyment.

I did my research. All I wanted was to know how sturdy, fitting and fast something was going to be for a very-tall-just-turned-7-year-old. I don't care if your 3 yr. old had fun on it. That tells me nothing of the product's endurance, workmanship, speed, height or width in relationship to the rider. Some people actually rated the product instead of their child--thank you for your reviews of the product.
My 7 year old is tall for her age - she JUST measured 49". She is underweight for her age - she JUST measured 48 lbs. She can maneuver this well. It is a relaxing forward speed at the "slow" speed of 2.5 mph. It is a comfortable and somewhat exciting ride at the "fast" speed of 5 mph. She is not crunched on it for height space and that was my #1 worry. I think this being the cheapest you'll get for a ride-on that still fits an older child before they have a true "need for speed" that it's worth the money spent. The models that cost more (I'm still not talking about the 13 mph or faster scooters or quads, but just the comparable toys that cost more), don't seem to have a greater weight clearance so I don't see spending more for the same product when this does the job it says it does. The box had some damage, but the parts were all there and intact. Follow your battery charging instructions--don't let it sit and drain before recharging and it's a good buy. Assembly is simple for anyone used to putting together any furniture, Legos, toys....if you aren't used to it it should still be simple enough, though. I put it together alone watching TV and it only took about 30-40 minutes. I'm only 5'2" and can't lift terribly well and I still had no problems. It is more heavy with the battery in it so I did remove the battery to turn it on end since it won't fit through a standard door frame once assembled. FYI.

The bike was pretty simply to put together, but not as sturdy on the wheels as I would have thought. I went to the hardware store and got some washers to put between the wheels and the bike to shim them up making it more sturdy.

This product has been great from the opening of the box...it was packaged great, and the assembly was as easy as I've ever seen...I love the way they have placed the battery within...it is easy to lift to charge...my daughter LOVES it...so far so good with no issues at all...I would buy this product again
