Very good themed clock/radio for the price! My 3 yr old boy loves it. He especially loves that the car "talks" which is really a few phrases repeated with car wheel squealing. I like the large LCD time display. The only thing negative was the "night light" feature, which really is 2 very intimidating/scary red lights on the side of the car. Not really a night light, but you have the option of not using this feature. Overall, would recommend for a toddler boy, they will love it.

We bought this for our 6 year old son who thrives off of hot wheels and fast cars. He loves the racing voice that comes on as the alarm, and he also loves the fact that he can listen to music while he falls asleep and that it will turn off by itself after an hour. He's also said that he's a big boy now that he can press the "shnooz" button and sleep for an extra 5 minutes. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is because it didn't come with an antenna wire so the reception is sometimes off for the channel we listen to. Other than that, it rocks!

When I pulled the clock of the box he ran through the house yelling that I had brought the "coolest clock ever". He loves how the alarm is the sound of a car and announcer. The only thing that I personally didn't like is that the night light is not bright at all and I still have to turn his regular light on in case he needs to go to the bathroom at night. I can only turn it on after he's sleep because he said it's perfect and won't allow it to be turned off!!!

We purchased this clock radio for our son's first day of Kindergarten. He is a huge racing fan! While it is a great concept, our radio buzzed/hummed extremely loud. The product got wonderful reviews so maybe we just received a bad product? Will be returning and repurchasing a new one. Cute radio - hopefully the next one will work better!

I bought this for my grandson and he loves it. When the alarm goes off it sounds like reving of an engine. The front wheels are the controls for volume and stations. As well as settin the clock etc. Really cute in his car bedroom. I would recommend this for any little boy or even a teenager for their bedroom.

I bought this for my eight year old son to help him take more responsibility in the morning in getting up and ready on time. It's great! He loves the style of the car. You can choose to wake up to *beeping*, radio or (our favorite) an announcer "Gentlemen....start your engines" and then a car engine with tires squealing.... It's fun and a great way for him to start his day.

Bought this for my son he is almost 7. He loved the Hot Wheels theme. I would of rated this product five stars but...... It only has two ways to wake up to. The radio is one and a mans voice shouting Lets get ready to race with an engine sound following the voice. An option of a regular alarm beeping sound would of been nice. Or do with out the man's voice which startles you if the volume is to high. We use the radio. I am going to recommend this product because of how cool it looks. But if you want an alarm that is not startling get something else.

My 5 year old son loves this alarm clock! He is actually eager now to get out of bed for school. This is a big change from before the alarm clock! He loves to hear the engines roar & fall asleep with the 2 red nightlights. I only wish it hadn't cost as much as is does. However, in the long run, I guess it's been well worth it.
