It was a little hard to put together since some of the holes were not completely drilled out but over all, I am happy with my purchase. One reviewer is right, you need a hammer and both screwdrivers. Other issue was one screw was messed up but I got it together just fine. It looks great with my new 42" Plasma!

I bought this stand because I wanted a nice looking simple stand for my new HDTV. Every other stand was either way too expensive or had a poor layout. This stand works awesome with my 46" LCD and my DVD player, satellite receiver, CD player, stereo and center channel all fit nicely beneath it. At first my friends made fun of me for buying the cheapest Walmart stand, but now two of them actually went out and bought them as well! The construction is as durable as any other particle board stand (easily holds my LCD, although I wouldn't put a huge Plasma or old TV on it).

pros: Good looking.
cons: It pretty tough to assemble.

It's not a big a bulky tv stand, it's fits quite nicely.

I got this stand and it wasnt hard to put together. It is about the right hight also for people that like to look at the tv at level position. Didnt come with any mistakes, though im sure previous posters made accusations but the only nicks were where they drilled holes, those holes get covered up by other wood after assembled.

Can't get much better for $40. Plus this was the easiest piece of furniture I've ever assembled. Each piece was labeled per the instructions. Follow them correctly and you'll find yourself with a very nice 2nd living room entertainment center for an inexpensive price.

Not the easiest product to assemble but certainly not the hardest either. Very attractive and sturdy. Blends in with almost any decor quite well. And the price was hard to beat.

Nice TV stand but when I opened it was all chipped. I didn't feel like taking it back to the store so I decided to just keep it. They did not handle it with care!

Nice and sturdy stand, glad with overall product. Be prepared to have 3 tools=a screw driver (phillips & flat head) and hammer. In my opinion alot of pieces, but easy to assemble. Negative, some finished edges weren't completely black. Great buy for the money.
