I have a dog and a cat and the bags block out the smell and actually smell good. Just double, or even triple check, that the bag has been completely locked into place. I missed a corner one time and what a mess it made when I removed the cover.

They were out of stock on the normal sweeper bags that I buy, so since I have pets I figured why not try this product.
Wow! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like these. They come with a small packet of powder for each sweeper bag. Basically you add one packet per bag. The smell when vacuuming is very fresh, it is light and not overpowering like so many additives.
I will for sure buy this product again.
