I love this id bracelet so much that after I purchased one for my daughter, I also purchased one for me. It is very easy to use the USB and enter the info. The only thing is that it does need to come in different size bands for those like me who have big wrists. I am just making an adjustment because I do have big wrists, but I am used to having to do this so no big deal. For the price of it plus a little extra to fit my wrist, it is still cheaper than other medical id bracelets I have seen and has no much info on it. I am just very surprised that I dont see more bracelets like this out there on the market. It would be cool to have as a necklace as well.

When I saw the ad about the Digital Medical ID Bracelet, I was impressed with the idea. However, when I received the bracelet I was very disappointed because it was nothing what I expected. The bracelet has a usb recorder where you can input information. The usb did not fit inside the bracelet. The ad made me believe that a printed plaque was included. I had to pay extra for it.

Will be returning this for two reasons: 1) Doesn't fit a 6.5" wrist; and more importantly 2) There is no software wizard, nor 6 short, simple pages of information... just a simple Notepad document! I already have a USB ICE card that I was hoping this would replace (since it could be engraved with a couple of vital pieces of information, so whoever finds you doesn't have to wait for the USB to load before attempting to help); but this falls way short.

this item is large and probably meant for a man and not a petite woman. I also had problems with the chip not working but after calling customer care, they sent a new one and I received it in 2 days. The new chip works great and I would buy from that company again. It really is waterproof and I wear mine all day except while showering and sleeping.

I really like this product. All my information is right there. I do not have to have part of it engraved and the rest of it some one has to call to get. This company has been great! I got a bad flash drive but they worked with me and got me a new one right out and it worked like a charm. This bracelet is very affordable and you do not have to pay a fee and be a memeber to update your information. It is all right there. I've had a medical alert bracelet from another company but could not afford the yearly fees. I love this product.

it is nice looking . i brought 2 of them one for me and one for my wife. it good to know that if you are in a accented, that all the question is right on you arm. my wife was a little large, but she has a small wrist. they was easy to load with info. wish the had a way to add more perspiration. they had instruction sheet that very helpful, would recommend to anyone.

This is a good design. I like the stretch band because there's no chance that it will come apart, as did the last one I purchased. I do have a problem with the software that comes with it. It is too restrictive. It is structured with fixed fields. No way to expand if extra space is needed to complete your medical history. There is no way to change any of the formatting. It is just the bare basics. I'd even be willing to pay a bit more just to have the ability to actually edit the information I need to enter.

Purchased this for my mom about two months ago. I check it once a month to make sure the data is accessible/available. I have updated the information twice within the two months and with ease. I did have a little difficulty at first use. The usb must inserted into the computer connectors facing up. Moisture will get into the compartment. I did as another reader suggested, I took a little piece of clear plastic wrap and covered the usb to help keep it dry. The bracelet comes with an order form to order medical information (Persons name, doctor name/#, and Medical condition) plate/label to add to the inside of the bracelet for $15. The first label I received was a puffed Black w/white letters label very nice but too bulky/long to fit in the bracelet. I sent it back for a refund. Instead MACX inc. decided to send me a cheap red label that barely sticks (with moisture it is sure to fall off) and very hard to read. Even with my glasses on it is hard to read -having to tilt forward and back to make out the letters. It is a very thin vinyl tape like engraved with a hint of gray (kind of like electrical tape material with a paper backing). The red labels that came with the bracelet are of better quality and sticks very well, withstanding the moisture. For the charge of $15 MACX inc. should do better by the customer....this is unacceptable. I would have much rather received a refund. I will spend the extra money and try to find a place to get it engraved. The bracelet itself is a great investment so far. I have given it five stars.
