Incredible value. With the 4+ star average review the mattress still exceeded our expectaions.
We tried a dozen memory foam beds at the Mattress Giant & Mattress Firm stores (now the same company) in Orlando. The bed we liked the most was the IComfort Serta Revolution Memory Foam mattress which runs $2500 for the king mattress alone. This Spa Sensations feels very similar in softness and in comfort level. Not too firm but just right. It fills in and supports the lower back. If you want to know how this mattress feels then go lay on the IComfort Serta Revolution. It's very close but 1/5 the the price. You won't be disappointed!

bought the platform bed with the memory foam mattress for or 13 year old son--took 2.5 hours to put platform together--wow, it's heavy!
Memory foam is GREAT! We looked at name brands before buying and ended up with this one after review of the prices. We're a family of 5 and everyone wants to trade in their mattress for the memory foam. My son has had it for 3 weeks and really impressed with it. We'll give it a few months to make sure it continues to wear well, but will definitely consider buying another for other family members.
Had both mattress and platform shipped directly to the house--strongly recommend this option. Platform took less than a week and mattress arrived in 2 days. Very prompt.

This mattress was comfortabe from the first night we slept on it, and we were able to sleep on it by the next day after opening it. It had no odor or smell out of the box. For the price this mattress is well worth the money.

This mattress sleeps really great...we had our previous pillowtop spring mattress for 15 years and were in need of a new mattress. After spending the weekend mattress shopping and realizing how expensive the other memory foam brands were, we got online that night and found this one. The price was great and the reviews were even better. So we ordered it. We LOVE it!!! My back feels SO much better and the mattress is so comfortable. I feel it offers the comfort that I was looking for and the support that I needed. I would definitely recommend this mattress for anyone looking for a great affordable option to the high priced "other" memory foams.

After reading the reviews, I purchased the mattress. However, I am disappointed. I expected the mattress to be much firmer than it is. After the fourth night, it even seemed to sag a bit in the middle. We waited the full 48 hours to sleep on it to allow proper expansion of the mattress. It is nice in appearance. Some people complained about an odor. That has not been an issue at all. The covering is soft to the touch. Again, just not as firm as I thought it would be. To those who prefer a soft mattress - this would be a great mattress for you!

This bed is fantastic. It's nice and soft but firm enough to give support to my bad back. I bought it based on reviews on here and hoped for the best. Seriously could not be happier with that roll of the dice. If you're not sure about this bed because you can't try it out first, don't worry, you'll love it.
I had a $1300 memory foam from Sit & Sleep that I lost in a divorce so had to get something new and to be honest, I think I made out better as this one is just waaaaay more comfy.
Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased and had 12" Spa Sensation shipped to our local WalMart when the 12' gel version was not available.
Mattress was un-boxed and plastic was removed from mattress to start decompressing while we waited for mattress pad to come into store. Pad was picked up this past Saturday (May 4th).
It has been over 72 hours and mattress still has not fully decompressed.
Some areas are maybe 6 to 8 inches and others are no more than 3" or 4". The 3" to 4" areas all seem to be the outer edge of the Mattress. It is not rectangular. More trapezoidal shape than being a mattress.
Of note, was that the Certificate for Federal compliance packaged with mattress indicates that it was shipped (from China) on May 2012.
So essentially, mattress has been compressed for at least a full year.
Appears product is sensitive to the duration it is left compressed and this affects the products ability to be 100% of what it is described to be.
Can this be the problem for the product being defective and not expanding to the full 12 inches and resembling a rectangular mattress?
I now have to find a means to transport a 60 x 80 trapezoidal piece of foam weighing 70+ pounds back for a return.
Not a good experience. Had high expectations given the number of positive reviews, but the example we received falls way short and has cost us time and money.

I bought a king size last Dec together with the bed frame after I read all the good reviews here. It has been 5 months. At first I really love it. It is not very firm but it cuddle my body. I am petite 5' 1" 102 lbs. My husband is skinny too. However after 3 months, the spots where we sleep started to 'sag' in. However we can't see the sag but if I move to the center of the bed I can feel the difference right away, it is firmer in the center. I was thinking it will get worse in the future. I don't understand how other people on this review that are much heavier don't feel the same or the reviews were written too soon? or the quality of mattress is different from one to another?

Haven't slept on it a full month but I know that I will be buying a mattress pad - It is very "firm" with little give and very warm - I didn't need the box spring with the base I purchased...Overall, I would buy again...It still has a slight chemical odor to it but not over powering...
