This product is perfect. I researched for two days all types of portable dvd players and this was the best pick. The screen size is big, the volume is loud and the picture quality is clear. It is the right fit for me and my family. I am very pleased with it.

BAD REPAIR POLICY, 02/03/2009

After having the Coby product for only one month, I have found that the battery will only last to watch one movie. So the best place to use it is somewhere that you can keep it plugged up which defeats the purpose of it being portable. On top of that their warranty policy is bad. I was told after having an issue with the product that I have to ship it to them with an $18 dollar money order and it can take up to 15 weeks for repair. I will NEVER EVER buy another Coby product. They obviously do not care about their customers.

This is by far the best value DVD player for the size
and price. Excellent picture, excellent volume, I know this was my concern with other complaints on some cheaper DVD players.Comes with alot of accessories(car charger,DC adapter,remote,2 headphones,headrest bag). For $149 you can't go wrong for a 10.2" screen. Works wonderful so far on our car trips and my 6yr old son totes it around the house and watches his movies on this now. I purchased the extended 2yr warranty from Walmart for $20 so I don't have to worry. Some electronic products are just lemons from the start so you never know.
Great product and I recommend it to others.

Good Product for the Money, 01/09/2009

I purchased two of these for our sons for Christmas. They used them the next day for a 4 hour round trip to Grandma's house and used them some around both our house and hers both days. They worked great. I liked the fact that it had the headset and car charger included which is why I purchased this one in particular. The 10" screen is a nice size. Several of the cousins gathered around to watch a movie with no problem.

Waste of money, 11/28/2008

The coby system is horrible!!!! We got the Coby dual screen and it worked approximately fifteen minutes in our car ride. I could never get it to work again, and then when I tried to send it in for repairs it was almost as much as the system was originally. The customer service was not that great and the product stinks!! We had a sad unhappy child in the backseat without a movie. Save your money and buy another product.
