I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT. THE DESCRIPTION STATED THAT THE CHAIR WAS COVERED WITH A SOFT FABRIC BUT WAS ACTUALLY COVERED WITH A LEATHER LIKE MATERIAL (WHICH I HATE ON FURNITURE) ALSO I COULDN'T USE THE THIGH AND LEG MASSAGE FUNCTION AT THE SAME TIME. THE HEAT FUNCTION DIDN'T REALLY HEAT UP AT ALL. IT ONLY EVER REACHED LUKEWARM AND ONLY ON THE LOWER BACK. THE CHAIR WAS ALSO EXTREMELY LOUD.

WOW I have a bad back with osteo arthritis & to my surprise the chair reclines all the way back the ottoman also has heat and massage so I can get the whole body done and it has really helped me I wish I could have gotten it right away but due to finances could not afford the yearly fee but the site to store was in 10 days sooner than it said would be delivered. I would purchase this product again 4sure.

I bought this chair as a Christmas gift for my husband and now I can not get him out of it. He absoutley loves the chair. It is very comfortable and when the massage is in effect it gets the job done. My husband has back problems from being in Iraq and this chair does him great justice. Also the price was extrememly unbeatable. My only regret is not getting one for myself becuase he hogs it!

I ordered the parchment color and the color I received is not as shown. It is darker and a grayish tan. The assembly instructions are lousy. It easy to figure out how to put chair together.
The chair is comfortable and the heat is nice. Did not like the massage. Lightweight and easy to move to another area in the house if needed.
Overall happy with purchase but disappointed about the color.

You'll need this chair after you put it together. It took two people to put together and we had a hard time getting the back bolted on to the seat. It took approx. 90 minutes to complete and all I wanted to do was sit in it afterwards. The heat works great and it is more of a vibration than massager but it still felt very good to a sore back.

I just received my chair by FEDEX yesterday 12/17/08 right on time. I assembled it in 30 minutes with only the tools provided. (One suggestion, put the chair's arms first, before the back, much easier.)
Once I sat down in the chair and turned it on, I did not want to get up. The most comfortable chair in the house. I am 6 foot 4 inches tall and weigh 245 lbs. Plenty of room for my deriere and long legs. My wife is much smaller and it is so comfortable for her, we are ordering another.
I must warn you, it will put you to sleep with the most soothing massage you have ever experienced.
Once again WALMART has the best deal around.

This product isnt worth any money at all. If i wanted a vibrator that bad, i would hop in a truck with no shocks and go down a dirt road. Sorry, if your looking for (MASSAGE), then look at cushions, their cheeper and they are good. I returned this the next day and i orderd a cushion from homedics with a neck and back massager, and i love it! I would look into buying that or anougher cushion. As soon as i got in it, i turned it on, and i started getting a headach and got kind of queezy, headed straight for tylnol.
