After shopping for office chairs, we decided on this one. The price was great. The chair was easy to assemble. it is very comfortable to sit in. I did have a problem getting the chair to go up and down like it is supposed to but it is the right height for the desk we own. I have not used the massage function yet but was dissappointed that the massagers are battery operated (AA) and can only be ran for a maximum of 30 minutes.

If you are not going to be sitting in this chair for a long period of time it's a great one.. but if you are thinking about sitting for a long time your back starts to hurt.. it's a great price. The shipping was very fast I got it before the date they said.. Great service

When I ordered the chair I was happy with the price and appearence, When it arrived and I put it together, It was smaller and very uncomfortable to sit in, it is smaller when you receive it. The massage feature is good but is ill placed in the back of the chair.
