I was very happy with this product. I ordered it and then was reading other reviews, and was scared because of some of the negative reviews, but I was not disappointed. It was easy to put together, all the correct parts came ready to assemble. It is very comfortable. The massaging is great, because it's not too much, just a nice, low, vibration on your lower back, very soothing, I put it on for about 20 minutes each evening and it's great. I would recomment this product to anyone, unless you are a sasquatch, I don't see why there would be a problem!

I ordered two chairs, for myself & my grown daughter. We both have back problems & found that the massage is very helpful when we spend a couple of hours sitting. The chairs are attractive, comfortable, & were quick and easy to assemble. These chairs probably are NOT for everyone. They are smaller task chairs, not huge executive style chairs. They are not deeply padded & they do not lean back. The massage is more of a vibrating type, rather than a roller mechanism. But they are an excellent value for the customer who is looking for this kind of chair. The only problem I had is that neither chair came with the long bolts for attaching the seats. I used shorter bolts for now, and am waiting for the manufacturer to send me the long ones.

After shopping for office chairs, we decided on this one. The price was great. The chair was easy to assemble. it is very comfortable to sit in. I did have a problem getting the chair to go up and down like it is supposed to but it is the right height for the desk we own. I have not used the massage function yet but was dissappointed that the massagers are battery operated (AA) and can only be ran for a maximum of 30 minutes.
