Delivered promptly and not too difficult to assemble, just be patient. Works well even without some of the high priced features. (Like separate heat control.) Overall, can't complain about anything. Would have bought the cloth covered model but didn't see them until too late. However, the vinyl is fine.

We bought this chair for my husband who has occasional back problems. He loves this chair. When he sits in it the pain and stress melt away. We could have bought a more expensive chair, but this one was the right size, with the features he was looking for and at a price that we could afford. The massagers are pretty powerful. There are plenty of auto settings or you can customize your massage. The kids and I put the chair together ourselves - which should tell you that the assembly is not too difficult. Its a good chair for the price.

Not too big, not too small. A little annoying assembling it, but worth it. Looks good, feels good. Put on the vibrators on slow speed and you're comatose! And the price is definitely the cherry on the cake! Good value also!

I went on-line looking for a comfortable chair for my bedroom, I read all the reviews for this product, most were helpful. I decided to purchase the product because it was a recliner, plus it had the added bonus of the ottoman and massage feature. After getting it home I found it very easy for me (someone that's not that great with putting things together myself) to assemble.
The only draw back about this product is that I found the massage to be little loud which, is something I can overlook because the massage feels good( some of the reviews did state the message feature was loud).
When my husband got home that day he was surprise to see that I had put it together myself, that evening he sat in it the whole night, he even fell asleep with the massage on.
Overall this is a great product. It looks good and is easy to clean. The massage and heat feature is great for tired and aching bones, it comfortable and the price is worth every dollar( I've checked around and some other stores charge more for the same product.

While trying to sit on just the foot stool is a little lumpy, when I sit in the chair as a total unit and turn on the message I melt. It won't replace a masseuse but sure is a lot cheaper. I have a bad back and need this sometimes instead of my air tub.

The motor in this chair quit working a week after the 90 day return policy. Cannot find any information at all on Relaxzen and Walmart will not accept the item back as it is past 90 days. They are trying to find the Chinese manufacturers contact information to possibly return it to them, but I am not holding my breath. Too good to be true. This may have only cost $110, but I expected it to work more than 105 days until the motor and heater entirely quit. It has not even been used that much. Save your money and skip this one...

Keep in mind, this is not a sharper image $1000 chair. However, this chair is definately worth the money. I bought this chair when I was 8 months pregnant because the regular task chair I had was comparable to sitting on plywood. This chair very comfortable on the behind and easy to put together.
