BOUGHT THESE CLUBS NOT KNOWING THEY ARE REALLY MADE BY CALAWAY. WOW! THEY ARE IDENTICAL TO THE IRONS THAT SELL FOR HUNDREDS MORE. THE HYBRIDS ARE REALLY GREAT, AS YOU CAN HIT THE BALL SO EASILY ALL THE TIME. THE ONLY CLUB I DON'T LIKE IS THE DRIVER #1 WHICH IS WAY TOO OVERSIZE. NO PROBLEM, I JUST USE MY OLD FAVORITE DRIVER.

We bought this set of clubs for our son about 6 weeks ago. The clubs he really likes. The bag is fraying at the seams, causing holes. This has been frustrating.

I researched the Top Flite clubs for a LONG time and was careful about selecting them for my set. Let me be clear, I am a seasoned beginner--familiar with the game, but not a skilled player. These clubs provide great quality and performance for the price. They are a perfect "off the rack" fit for a person my size (5' 10"). The set gives you everything you need to get going and meet the challenges of the course. The clubs are durable (with appropriate flex) and the grips are good. The putter takes a little getting used to, but is fine--the angle of the handle in relation to the weight of the head is what takes getting used to. For the set, over time, you may want to add a 5 iron (even though a #5 hybrid iron is provided) and a sand wedge. The bag is nice, with appropriate pockets, good dividers and comfortable carrying straps.
I continue to marvel at the value of this set for the price. If you are getting started or just returning to the game, I think you'll like this set.

Started playing with a borrowed set of clubs and ran across this set with great reviews and great price. I have played 3 rounds of golf so far and very very pleased with the quality and fill of the clubs. My game has improved everytime I go. All my freinds with high dollar clubs, can't beleive how good they fill and look for the price. I highly recommed this product for any Golfer.

This golf set was a slam dunk! I really am no very educated in good golf sets, so I did some research and read some reviews and this seemed like a good buy. It was a gift for my boyfriend, who is an avid golfer, and he LOVED it. The two hybrids were great according to him, and he LOVED the driver. It's also a very classy set, black and red and very professional looking. I would recommend this set to anyone! Great value, great quality!

I started golfing earlier in the year with a very old set of "hand-me-down clubs". After deciding I wanted to keep playing and needed an updated and complete set of clubs I set out looking.
I found this set and because it was so much cheaper than all the others I assumed that the quality would suffer. I had been wary of ordering them for that reason. Then I did a little research and found out that these TopFlite clubs are made by Callaway.
When you compare these clubs to the current set of Callaway clubs on the market, they are almost exactly alike. The TopFlite clubs are just a little heavier, but for the price they are unbeatable.
Irons are great, happy with the hybrids, and have had no problems with the driver or the putter.
Definitely recommended.

I got this set to replace an aging set I started with. After having used them, I find the driver gives greater distance than my previous one. The irons are easier to use, and the putter works well but took some time to get used to because my previous putter wasn't a mallet style putter. I like the hybrid 4 and 5 clubs better than 4 and 5 irons. I was pleasantly surprised by these clubs.

I love these clubs.. A friend of mine has a set of big bertha irons , and said they look & hit just like them .Great value for the quality & price . My first round of golf with them i shaved serveral strokes off my game & added several yards to each club . thanks callaway for making such a quality set of clubs at such a great value.. At $158, these are the best clubs anyone who wants a good set at a good price can get. i dont wanna go out and spend $600 on a set of clubs that i might break (being a beginner) so this is the way to go, you get everything you need 'cept the balls and tees, and of course, good weather. When i saw the price, i thought they would be cheap or something would be missing/damaged/not as expected, but that was definitely not the case. you even get 2 hybrids, the only thing i will change is the putter, but its still nice, and if this is your first set of clubs, you wont notice the difference between this set and the $600 callaways, so you might as well save a huge chunk of money, and use it on some lessons or rounds.

I just got these clubs to replace a set I had for 12 years. I usually hit in the upper 90's and I bought these clubs hoping to improve on my game. So far I really like the driver and the hybrids and the putter took a while to get used to, but I like it now too. The 3 wood is too big to use in the fairway but I will occasionally use it off of the tee. The set could really use a 3 hybrid or a 5 wood for those long fairway shots - I ended up keeping my old 5 wood from my last set to fill in the void. The irons are okay but they also have taken me a while to get used to. They seem to be weighted a little heavy on the club face, which really makes it hard for those 60-80 yard approach shots, so I also kept a sand wedge from my last set. Also, sometimes its a little hard to get under the ball with the irons because they are so rounded, but I'm starting to get used to them and overall I am pleased for what I paid for them.
