I have been playing this game for a while now, and I love it. There is so much to see and do that it can be hard to comprehend it all at once. The graphics are very good, and the gameplay is something new and exciting...The "VATS" system allows for some of the funnest gore filled combat ever. You can create tons of weapons and tools from random things that would otherwise seem like junk, and can find a daringly large number of other weapons and armor to help you on your journey. Weather you are good or evil or neither, you can always change the outcome of what happens during the story...You can play a part in the story and have one thing happen, but if you replay the scenario again, chances are it will end differently. The post-apocalyptic world is vast and full of surprises...Super Mutants, Ghouls, raider, and a vast number of other creatures and people await you as you fight to fulfil yours and your fathers dreams. The storyline in this game is awsome, and the fact that it never ends the same adds a huge twist to things. This is by far the best game I have played to date, and I can't wait until they make 4...
The "Collectors Edition" comes with a collectible lunch tin, a "Vault Boy" bobblehead, a hard cover book on the making or "ART" of Fallout 3, a dvd that features interviews with some of the people at "Bethesda Softworks" on how and why they made Fallout 3 The way it is, and of course you get a copy of Fallout 3 too.
By the way, this game is full of language, gore, violence, and many other things not suited for younger children.
